Wife in live-in relationship with boyfriend, need divorce from husband

As my cousin had married a boy and completed 17 years of marriage. Boy is having problem in speech . After some time disputes started and he came in contact of his jijaji , his sister die due to electric current. And my cousin came in contact with another boy and now he took her and has done a mutual agreement to of living relationship and now what to do?
Get Divorce by filling divorce in family Court, after getting divorced you can marry any girl or boy as desired by you. Before divorce if you are in live in relationships, you may be in trouble if anyone one make any complaints against you.
