Wife in extramarital affair,evidences acceptable in court to prove it

Dear friend in this case what is your role . Moreover to proove adultery or extra marital affair in the court of law is a tough job . More over their is no major punishment for women in this matter . But it can certainly be the ground for divorce . There will be lots of things which can be exposed after discussions and you are welcome to recieve any further guidance on this.

Dear client as per your statement there are sufficient grounds for the divorce from that lady as well as punishment to that person being knowing she is married and keeping extramarital affairs with that is held guilty of that offence and punished up to imprisonment of five years, as per section 497 of the Indian penal code, but the case must be filed by the husband of that woman who is suffering due to these activities, can go into the police station and file the case, here advocate can help only whether the officer of that station as per section 41 of CRPC drafting the case or giving benefits of doubtswhile drafting case in such condition you can take the advantage of section 167 of IPC and article 21 of the constitution
as per section 13A as adultery is a reason for the divorce, so proving it you can get a divorce in the period of approx.one year if she becomes ready in six months you can get a divorce. my fee for this case will be 5000.only.if you like my suggestion please rate me.

Hi'if wife have extra marital affairs' with married man then he can take file divorce on grounds of cheating with husband.but this is depend on legal evidance have to show in court procceding .you can fight for truly evidance grounds. My fees is 20. 000 thousand.
