Wife in adultery how to divorce and how much alimony do I have to pay

i have come to know that my wife has relationship with his friend which i have proof in audio recording, now i don't want to live with her can i filled divorce against her if the case decided on this point whether she can claim alimony for her & child if yes then how much estimated amount i m in private job & don't have any inmovable property. thanks
Yes you can file a divorce case against your wife on ground of adultery. And you may easily get divorce on that ground. ( Depand on the conversation in audio). And you also not further liable for any alimony to her. It is settled law if you seek divorce on ground of adultery the wife is not entitled for any maintenance or alimony. But you have to pay maintenance for your child and that depends upon your Status and earning.

yes you can file a divorce petition on adultery ground but you insure that you have sufficient evidence in this regard. you may not be required to pay maintenance to your wife if you prove your contention, however you will have to pay maintenance to your child. the amount of maintenance will be fixed by the Hon'ble court after taking in to consideration your financial background. if you require any further assistance then you may call me.
