Wife having affair asking for divorce and maintenance
12-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
From last two years my wife was having a love afiar with her old school mate ( Staying in USA) , used to daily chat and calls (I Have call details) , my Son (13 yrs old) caught her red handed doing chating , he took some pictures of those adultry chats , since that my wife is threatning me day in day out , putting false blames of Domestic Voilence om me and my parents (Where as Parents are not staying with me even not visited from last one year). I have most of the evidence aganist her. Please advice

Sir if u have strong evidence such as chat details and pictures ,it can be a valid ground for u toke divorce.. And I would suggest u to keep such evidences entact wid u so that in future if she files any complaint against u we can show the motive..and one more Thing I suggest is dat u should file an adultry case against her boyfriend
