Wife has deserted me for 3 months & No contact since then.

I have been married since Feb,2015. I belong to Lucknow & my wife is from unnao, We have no kids. I am a working professional in Gurgaon & my wife housewife. My wife suspects that I have an affair with my old college friend, which is not true. I know this college friend very well and share a good friendship, but my wife doesn't understands this. My wife forced me to block her on FB & whats app. She just one day saw my call log to my friend & began shouting. This was not the first instance, so I called my parents so that I can let them know whats happening. She in turn called her brother, who came and took her to Unnao without any permission or word. It has been 3 months, my wife's phone is not picking & it seems she has deserted me. Our families had developed egoistic nature, due to which both families are not talking now. What is the step further. I don't think after 3 months everything can be same as before. Shall we proceed for divorce. What can be the consequences in this case?
