Wife hacked my email and using it as an evidence for divorce

Hi, My friend has divorce case in family court. Her husband hacked her email id & took all details offer letter, from her email & presented in the court. She also showed all details at time of hearing . Monthly compensation was denyed to her. He presented 1 page of chatting of her with different guy (X) & he showed that she having affair with X . But this is false she met with X on matrimonial site, met only once & X liked her. X was not good he chatted only once vulgar with her. So she latter denied his proposal. Now should she accept or deny this at hearing ?
