with regards to your query----- I was not well that day so i asked my wife can you leave the daughter to school she started to abuse and fight with me than I left for office and my wife was absolutely fine while I left the home for office. while I was returning from office I got a call from my wife that I am going to my parents house. There she has filed the fake case and attached the fake MLC to make the case healthy from their side. If something went wrong with her then she should have call local police but she did not do so as she wanted prepare fake case. now i got call from mahila thana not recvd notice what to do now?

Since there has been complaint which has been filed against you . so you are suggested to join the Inquiry about the same. Since these kinds of session our usually done to resolve the matrimonial disputes. You can immediately file an FIR in the nearest police station and then catch a lawyer and apply for the divorce from your wife. Since she has made up her mind to harass you so she might go to any extents. In case you need any further information or legal help then feel free to contact me.
