Wife filed false complaint of dowry harassment saying i am a SC

I got married on 2 DEC 2015. The girl has gone to her father's home in Feb 2016 by making a mess that i am a "SC" I brought this thing to her fathers notice but he and his daughter said that we didn't informed them that we are "SC". But we already informed about our caste before our marriage. The marriage is performed by my Parents and without Dowry. In Between 2 Panchayats had been held in the presence of our religious heads. but she never came back to her matrimonial home as i reside with my parents. Now she filed a compliant 498a against me and my Family. I have the phone conversation voice records that me and my family have well treated her in her own voice very clearly. After showing this as evidence to WPS officials what will be there report to submit to their higher officials will i get a copy of that report?

The girl abusing you by caste (Scheduled caste) is a good defence.
you can submit the phone evidence you have at the police station to rebut the 498A charges.
Once the police file a report you can get the copy of the same from the police station or court.
