As a first step you take precautions by way of obtaining an Anticipatory Bail inorder to avoid any sort of police arrest based on the FIR lodged in the Women Police Station against your family. As per law she has got every right to stay in your house but not in your parents house if the house is in their names. Try to solve the difference between you amicably if possible because of child's future. Orelse you can approach family court for appropriate remedy.

Ans:
It is a big mistake to register it in her name. however, you can file a suit for half share by establishing that the payment for the same is from your end and you have equal right over the same. even can approach the court seeking possession of 50% of share in the property.
