Wife filed false case after 18 months of separation what to do

Me and my wife have been living separately for past 18 months. Now my wife has filed a false FIR under section 498A/323/504/506/307 at her maternal location (Happens to be my hometown as well) against me and all my family members. Even though she is working and living separately in Noida. Now I have received the slip at my hometown from from the city for mediation. I have summarized our details below: Husband (me): Hindu, living in Delhi Wife: Hindu, Living in Noida Arranged marriage in 2011, Living separately since last 18 months after mutual agreement. Complaint filed , Mediation request (Most likely on directions of her parents who have political connections in the city) From the copy of FIR one can deduce that the allegations are filmsy and don't hold much ground but then it is India and any allegation of Dowry from women is truth until proven otherwise. How can i save myself in such situation?

Sir, I think that if you fight the case in a justified way, you can save yourself from this false case. These days there is tendency of the women to lodge the false, frivolous and baseless complaint against all the members of a family having bald allegations, and this was observed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in various cases so there is fair chance of your safety.
