Wife filed case against me and family how can I file for divorce

Sir. Divorce according to muslim law but not in wtitten. Now she write two f.i.r. one is 376d.504.506.342. August2015. on her divorced husbend.nand.nandoi.and a midiater in her local PS. And second is 398.3/4.504.506. February 2015 in her husband local PS. Both written by 156(3). But we know about both case after 6 month. So what can i do?
What is the status of her complaint? Has any enquiry been conducted in this regard? You will have to approach the high Court for quashing of the said complaints with the Complete papers and the current status
