m married 7 year. love marriage vth permission of elders.my wife left me on 4th day of my child born daTE OIN APRIL 2015.DUE TO SMALL QUARRELING BETWEEN US. NOW IN JAN 2017 FILED DIVORCE CASE UNDER 13A/13B. NO NOTICE RECEIVD BUT CAME TO KNOW BY LAWYER. MOREOVER CASE IS IN WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM MY SIDE. MY JOB ABROAD. WIFE ISNT CAME BACK EVEN MANY TRIES FROM ME. SHE IS VTH MY SON. AND DONT ALLOW TO MEET MY SON. SO IS IT MANDATORY TO REMAIN PRESENT IN COURT? NOW IF SHE WANT DIVORCE I WILL GIVE HER DIVORCE BUT I WANT CHILD ON ANY CONDITION. IS THIS ANY CHANCE WITH THIS SECTION 13 A/ 13 B CASE COURT ORDER HER CUSTODY ALSO ALONG VTH DIVORCE DECREE. CASE IS SHOWING 13A ONLINE BUT IN REGISTER BOOK OF COURT ITS 13B..
