Wife file 498a case against family should we apply anticipatory bail

Hello, My wife has filed a 498 (a) IPC and Sec 4 E/6 of D.P. Act against me, my mother and my sister in Hyderabad. We are residents of Pune. My question is: a) What is the cost of the anticipatory bail? b) Is it required for all 3? c) Is it to be done in Hyderabad or in Pune?
