First of all what you want to be done?
(Sorry for cross question)
Do you want divorce? Or what?

If your wife doing trying to do something then get it knew and do it.

There are much more laws for men, but you can file divorce petition on the ground of cruelty (thats it). There is no other provision in there for Husbands

Dear

ideally you should have filed a police compliant immediately. if not, and if you are not barred by limitation, you may still fight a police compliant against the FIL or anyone who is assaulting you physically.

secondly are you willing to divorce your wife? a lot of legal advice depends on that. you may send them a legal notice. try to settle the dispute amicably, matrimonial laws are pretty tough against men!
