Wife don't want to give divorce but staying separately

My friend wants a divorce but his wife is not ready n since last 3yrs she is staying at her own home so wat shud be the ground for it can he get one sided divorce
ur frd should have to file a divorce petition taking grounds enshrived in section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act as she is living seprately for three years it is also a ground for divorce but u r advicsed to concerned a good advocate practicing in your district where cause of action has arisen
