You need not wait for seven years in case there is no relationship between you and your wife. This kind of a conduct by either of the spouse amounts to mental cruelty and is a valid ground for obtaining divorce.

Dear Mr you have not sent your detailed query; Their different devorce law in hindu and muslim law but in the same cases, it has been accepted that both husband and wife must have sexual relationship, Refusing one another may apply for devorce, another clause to note will be the presence of kids.

Dear sir,I t is advices that you apply for restitution of conjugal right and if your wife doest comply with the courts order it will be easy for you to take divorce.
As in court of law it will be difficult for you to prove that your wife us not inclined towards you.

Yes, you can get divorce u/s 13 (1)(i-a) hindu marriage act if u belong to Hindu, because denying for sexual relations will be treated as cruelty, after consultation with lawyer petition has to be filed in court for that, divorce can be obtained

Yes you can take divorce on this ground alone. If both of you are willing to get separated then you can file a joint application seeking divorce through mutual consent otherwise you can file a case for divorce in the Family Court.
