wife committed adultery when I came to know she left after 3 months she came back for the sake of children but not has wife and want to marry her boyfriend and want daughter custody .she stayed for 8 months again she left

You have not written your question , do you want her to come back or do you want to file for Divorce? If divorce then since she also wants to remarry she will agree for a Mutual Consent Divorce. In the above given scenario, if you want to get divorce from your wife then you can file for divorce on the ground of Adultery. Since you mentioned that she wants to marry her boyfriend then you do not have to maintain her financially. Make a strong case against her so that you do not have to pay any maintenance for her after divorce. If you want custody of your daughter then you can also seek her custody from court. You have to prove it to the Hon'ble Court that the you are a better person for the custody and welfare of your daughter.
