I'm in receipt of this query through lawrato.com and have gone through the same. I shall try and assist you to the best possible extent through the limited information as provided here.

Assuming that information provided by you is true and nothing material has been concealed herefrom, I am proceeding to respond your query.

Since information does not provide the exact date of marriage, it should be noted that in first 7 years of marriage death of your wife other than with any natural cause would raise a presumption against you and your family.
Since you're alleging your wife is mentally upset, I would advise to take her to some psychiatrist. If your doubt is good, medical reports will help you a lot.
Since you're worried about your family, ask your family to dis-own you legally and you start staying with your wife at a separate accommodation. Publishing in newspaper is not a legal way to dis-own, please keep that in mind.
Try obtaining certified copy of your wife's earlier divorce case. If your doubt is good, you're good to go against her.

Since we know law is blindly in favour of girls, you must discuss your case openly and in details. I have tried to respond each of your query but that is only limited to the amount of information I have been able to gather from the query itself.

Please do not act upon this advice until and unless you discuss your case in detail. This response is for knowledge sake only.
