if you have any real proof like CCTV footage and medical support document of your mother then definitely it will help in your divorce case, otherwise mere FIR and her presence is not enough. she can be easily taken a ground that she has gone to recovery of her istridhan and which is acceptable by court, therefore you need to take a strong proof against her

Get the FIR registered at the earliest for that specific incident as it will be key evidence for getting the divorce decree against your wife in your case. Also collect all evidence, photograph, video, conversation, etc other relevant documents for easily getting divorce decree in Court of law in your favour.

Usually police records a complaint first in diary and after investigation, they converted it to FIR.
So you can be in touch with Indirapuram PS for recording an FIR.
It is not clear as to what are your grounds for divorce. If it is cruelty then definitely it may help. But your lawyer has to do the needful. Your complaint has to be supported by facts. Will you be in a position to substantiate your complaint with evidence like entry inside the society, security camera recordings etc. If you have such evidence then approach police with that and you may get a suitable relief.

Certainty it will be an evidave for you about haer character, which is an strong condieration. You must initiate a criminal proceeding against her for such act, if police do not act on your complaint.
