i need to apply for my passport. i am divorced. what certifficate is needed to show in the passport office for Divorce?
Hi. You have to submit the decree of divorce issued by the competent court in your favour with the passport authorities. There is no separate certificate issued by the court declaring the fact that the parties are divorced.
