Whether marriage done in arya samaj mandir without my consent valid

Hi My family did my marriage without my choice in may with a person in arya samaj mandir but not registered in marriage registrar .this was only for got certificate for arya samaj , my marriage is planned for november with hindu rites , but i dont want to get marriage and dont want to live with him , i like another person , I want to do marriage with him. Is this marriage is valid ? How can i do marriage with another person of my choice
Earlier marriage is perfectly valid and you need to obtain divorce by mutual consent. you can't marry with another man of your choice. Even though the marriage is not registered however the marriage has taken place at arya samaj.

No marriage is legal without your consent. As to the above the marriage in arya mandir may be legal in the society's eyes but not in the eyes of law. If you are of legal marriageable age you can marry with any person of your choice no one can force a marriage under any law. please consult a lawyer as to further advice.

A proper marriage held in arya samaj hall is legally valid. You can get the said void on the ground of force and undue influence. Need to file case in family court. Firstly you,should file complaint in police station

even if it is registered with arya samaj it has to be registered as per the Hindu marraige act and you cant marry another guy until you get divorced by your husband which can be done as per hindu marraige and divorce act!
