Is arya samaj marriage valid if not registered according to law directed by supreme court
If marriage is solemnized according to Hindu rites and ceremony then its valid forever . Its registered or not its different part.

According to my opinion any marriage through any process be it arya samaj or otherwise if has been solemnised according to hindu rits (in cases of hindus) and not contrary to Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 is considered to be valid. Registration of marriage it optional. The marriage registration certificate is requier by some govt. and external agemcies for better proof of marriage not more than that.

Yes it is valid .you can get it registered on same grounds .even if not registered it is valid but certain places registered marriage is required like Visa then you have to get it registered. But for rest of things like in court proceedings it is considered legal & valid marriagp
