Sir u can file divorce at any of places.. Andhra and Gurgaon as well... Residence proof or working Id is sufficient for filing of case in Gurgaon..jurisdiction of Gurgaon court is Maintainable for filing divorce case in Gurgaon

yes,

the respondent wife stays in gurgaon, you can file your divorce cases in gurgaon.

and you have to show her residence and office address here in gurgaon at the time of filing in gurgaon.

but have both of you not stayed together in gurgaon

You may still file the case in Gurgaon.....no residential proof is required she have to file an affidavit that she has been living in Gurgaon at present.... if she has any house rent agreement, then it is sufficient for address proof...

you can definitely file divorce case at gurgaon now gurugram, no id or residence proof required for filing petition u/s 13B. however, there are certain legal terms to satisfy before filing divorce petition to avoid rise of legal technicalities after divorce.

I tell u clearly , place don't make any resistance in ur case. If u both want to divorce on mutual consent then no issue u can get and can file in ggn itself. There will b 6months notice period and will get divorce after that. U can ask for further
