What to do when husband wants divorce and I want to to stay with him

I got married to my husband in 2013 under Hindu religion marriage act. We were staying at my mother in laws house. Now I am 5 months pregnant. Last month she had a quarrel with me on a small issue. My husband and mother in law beat me and told me to left the house. I filed a complain against them. Now they are not taking me into house. She says she is the owner of that house. I don't have any rights to stay there. My husband want divorce from me. But I want to stay with him. What should I do now.
