What to do when husband leaves her wife without notice ?

After 11 months of marriage, due to few normal quarrel between husband & wife, my friends husband has moved out of the house by vacating all belongings when there was no one in rented home and without telling any proper reason. He is not getting in contact with his wife for any communication over call nor in person nor telling where he has shifted to.
And his wife has been told by his husband's relative initially that he wants to live alone for a while for his peace of mind and asked her to do the same. But the next day she has been informed by that relative that he has made his mind and he wants to divorce(He is not telling it directly to his wife. But doing all things on his own). But when asked for reason he is not telling any proper reason.
Inspite of all the things she is willing to live with her husband.
Need suggestion on how to go with this situation on her behalf.

You friend can try to establish a contact with him and try to settle the matter amicably in the presence of both the families. If this is not possible, your friend can file for the restitution of conjugal rights before the court and also seek for other remedies.

Only remedy is to file for restitution of conjugal rights. Filing criminal complaints could totally damage the prospects of living together in future as the misunderstanding could be irreparable. In family courts during mediation such disputes could be resolved of misunderstanding are based on flimsy issues
