Family court me ek sec-9 ka conjugal righ ka petition file karna hoga.ye wife ko apne sath rakhne ke liye hota hai.agar divorce lena hai to mutual consent se divore u/s-13-B me file hoga.ye faisla family court ke principal judge karene.
