What to do if husband has filed for divorce after 15 years of marriage

i have 2 kids and am 40 years of age and two years back my husband left our home to stay with his parents .he has filed in for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty and no sex life. .he has prayered for visitation rights and me giving up my rights on our house which is in our joint name.during the second counselling session of the court he shocked us by saying that he wants our relationship to work. the counsellor has asked us to seek pvt counselling.is he playing a game ? i am very confused please guide me wat to do

In this case you should counter his petition with petition for restitution.
You can also claim maintenance during the pendency of the matter.

Actually domestic relations is a hide n seek game.. if u really come to an irretrievable breakdown of relationship then i will suggest you to convey your feelings to your husband that you can not continue relations with him.. n as far as his will to rejoin relationship you better judge and guess his gestures as you were his better half in past n u are acquainted with his behaviour.. play safe n straight

In such situation u should file a maintenance application for u and ur children.
Secondly councelling is only for the understanding and mitigate to both husband and wife not any other ill intention.
Further u have right to file domestic violence also.

Dear client if u r not believing on the words of husband that he want to continue relationship then take it in writing from him on the bound paper if u want to save yr marriage. For proper discussion call me
