Go to concerned police station and inform the entire matters... there should be a General Diary or if the cruelty is serious in nature there are provisions to start a case against ur wyf. better thereafter go for divorce.

First, you inform it to your local Councilor or Panchyet at your area for counciling and inform it through written. Councilor of your area can call a meeting and write down the decision in presence of respectable persons of the locality along with her parents. it is a better document.
Second, if she beat you then go to the Doctor and make a prescription with a note that "Physical assult by wife".
Thirdly, if she leave her matrimonial house, then send your father-in-law or mother-in-law through Registered with A/D details about the behaviour of your wife. and asked for solution.
