What precautions should be taken while giving divorce under Muslim Law

02-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am Shia muslim from Western region in Mumbai. My wife is seeking a divorce in the form of Khula and this is of mutual consent. Is this form a better option than Mubarat and what are the precautions that I need to take to safe guard myself from any future complications.

We already spoke in the afternoon and I explained in detail , you can contact me with the documents for further guidance . Like informed earlier Mubarra would be mutual consent even though Khula is also mutual consent divorce but initiated by wife.

Hello, now a days we are seeing number of women taking khula by mutual consent . But husband beware of the pros and cons taking khula blindly. Before going for khula, more often wife's take advice from lawyers and frame the khulanama in such a way that everything favours wife and husbands are shown as culprits. So as a husband you better come down to my office for proper legal advice . Call at nine eight six zero eight one four four six eight.
