what options if wife does not take belonging from matrimonial house

1. If wife does not take her belonging from Matrimonial house, what options are available with husband if marriage is just 2 months old? (legal option as well as special service cell - police)? 2. If the matrimonial house owned by husbands parents and husband (son of the family) is disowned by parents , can wife still claim to stay with parents on the grounds of that house being matrimonial house? 3. Where can I find divorce judgement with Bipolar partner? (Apart from google search)
If the wife was residing at parents alongwith the husband, then under Section 19 of Domestic Voilence Act, the wife can claim the right to residence in the said house.
Further, if the husband is having bipolar disorder then wife can file divorce after a year under Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act.
