What maintenance I have to pay to my wife if not staying together

i am married since 1 july2013. i have 8 month daughter. my wife fights with me for money and her parents support her. i earn Rs.47000 per month. i am ready to give her 30000 per month for her and baby. Even she humiliate me in society and my sisters also.i have a sister to be married i need money for her marriage. my financial condition is not very good due to some fathers health problem my wife always threaten me of suicide since starting. what should i do ?how much money should i give to her for her and baby. she lives with me i am mentally tired of daily fight.
Please be informed that the amount of maintenance to be paid by you to your wife in case she files for the same before the competent court, will be fixed by the court itself. However you ll havr to contest the case to get the amount of maintenance to a minimum possible figure. There are legal ways of defending the same and saving your interest, well in time

Dear why you want to directly pay 30,000 to your wife if you are not financially so strong.
First file a petition in section 9 of HMA court to oder your wife to start living with you again. As you said your wife only need money and she use to fight with you for money only still you wants to give her money.
If she is not willing to live with you stop paying her. Wait let her bring a suit under crpc 125 the court will decide how much to pay for maintenance. and pay her after court order till then dont pay.

FIle a complaint immediately with the police helpline mentioning the conduct of your wife along with stating the fact that she threatens you with dire consequences and attempt to commit suicide. You will not have to pay Rs. 3000/- pr month basis your income if you defend the case properly. There are ways to handle a situation like this.
