What maintenance and how to get custody of daughter 4 years.

Harassment by wife. Daughter is 4 years old and i want to get the maintenance and wife is working and i am unemployed. How to calculate the maintenance and how to get the custody?
1- For maintence you have to file maintence case in your civil court.
2- For custody you have to file separate case.
3- For Divorce you have to file Divorce in civil court.
4- All the cases will be clubed, if you deired for, for fast disposal of case.
