what is the validity of signature accepting terms on stamp paper reg.

I have filed divorce petition on cruelty and love affairs etc. Now wife is ready to accept all the points filed in petition and agree to accept and sign on stamp paper. Accordingly i want to know the value of stamp paper and legal validity of the same. The case will be settled on the first date of case on the basis of signed paper. Any other relevant/useful information if any may also be given pl.
If the case is pending and she is willing to accept your allegations then there is no need for stamp paper etc. She can very well admit the same in her W.S. supported by her affidavit. For details and or legal help you may conta t through this site.
