No Divorce can only be taken from Family court.
Divorce on affidavit is not have any legal validity.
It is have no value in eye of law.
There is not any time frame to file Divorce.
You can file Divorce just after the marriage, and it will stand in court.

Affidavit or talak kisi bhi Surat me valied nahi hai aap uske liye court me saadi ke kam se kam Ek saal baad file kar le yadi mutual consent hai aur Hindu marriage act se saadi hue hai to aap 13 b ke antargat file kare Wo valied hoga

It depends on the personal law of one. If you are a r muslim then it is possible. But if you are governed by hindu law you have to properly take the divorce decree from the competent court authorised for that purpose.

At least for divorce the time period must be one year from the rital marriage.for the divorce may be taken either bye mutul consent or exparty.mutul consent is well known for divorce in u/s 13 b.your divorce of 45 days is not valid.so u must filed u/s 13 b.
