In India, Delhi issued Divorce Certificate Attestation will be done by the Competent Authorities designated by the Government of India which is party to the convention. A list of these authorities is maintained by the Hague Conference on Private International Law.

Please carry the original divorce decree with you. On the basis of that, attestation will be done. The original decree is the documentary evidence of your divorce decree.
