21-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a Hindu . My Husband was giving me silent treatment which lasted for 2 years and then I got to know that he was involved with someone else and then he openly admitted that he no longer loves me and had nothing to do with me . When I asked for divorce he said that I can stay in one corner and he doesn't have to do anything with me . Now since 2 years I am staying separately and recovering from the shock . Still he is uncooperative to file for mutual divorce . Please advise from where can I get advise for divorce.
