What is the procedure to annul the marriage

If someone has married for visa purpose from ghaziabad marriage registrar but now they dont want to go abroad due to certain reasons so they want to file marriage annulment on grounds of fake / mental illnes or any other reason. Is is feasible easily ? And how much will it cost and approx time for this ?
