What is the procedure to annul a marriage done by false documents

By a fake documental by fraudulent A marriage has been registered and by that fake certificates the petitioner threatening respondents not to allow in her proper marriage life and filed a case against her in a family court praying to reunite them under Hindu marriage act of sec 9 but, her the respondents haven't married him !! Wat can I do now ?? Help me out this

When you strong that the documents are fake then you may file a case against them stating that the documents are forgery and you may say that the marriage is invalid and the same can be filed as a counter

You could contest the petition filed ny your husband and you have to file a petition for nullity or divorce. If the alleged marriage was within one year you could file nullity petn.
