What is the procedure for immediate divorce

I have been married in feb 2017,under my parents emotional pressure,but i love one girl ,she is also from my community,but their parents were not ready for the marriage at that time,so i had to marriage with the another girl.but after marriage of two month,i am.not able to live with my wife,and i told her everything about my love with another girl,and she is also ready for the divorce, So please guide me, How much it will take in mutual divorce.if my wife is ready And if she won't be ready for mutual divorce under the parents prrssure, So what will be the procedure for immediate divorce

Dear Client,

You can file a divorce in mutual consent. It will take 6 months or more. However if your wife is not ready you can file in other modes.

Hello nothing any process of dissolution of marriage. .in two months. .bzose in hindu marriage act.1 year should be desertion is complusary.. for divorce and apko court ko vjh bhi btani hogi...

See if the divorce is mutual then it will be done in 6 months and if the divorce is contested then it will take around 8-10 months ...if the wife is not ready but deep inside she understands then the contested one is better option ...
