What is the procedure for getting divorce?

I want to file for divorce due to some personal issues. What is the procedure for divorce? If she agrees or she does not?
Firstly you not mention when marriage taken place. For divorce atleast 1 year after marriage is mandatory. Secondly gronds can be cruelty n desertion (2years).if she agress mutual divorce can be filed for which 6 months period will be taken, affidavit of close relatives or friends require. Thirdly she can claim maintenance.
