You have filed a petition under section 13 A Hindu marriage act for divorce. And for custody of your daughter you goes to Hindu guardian act. both the petition will filed in bhadurgarh.it is necessary that both husband and wife lived sperately each other for last one year

Madam,

As per your facts, you have to file two suits/petition.

Since the child is in Bahadurgarh, you have to file child custody petition in Distt Courts Jhajjar.

and second petition for divorce you can file in Bahadurgarh.

Kindly check if bahadurgarh have got distt courts or otherwise both the cases to be filed in Distt Judge or Family court jhajjar

Hi,
File a case for seeking divorce from the court and also the custody of your daughter as the right of custody of a girl child is to the wife and seek also maintenance, you can also file mutual divorce if your husband is ready to give divorce.
