What is the procedure for filing a mutual consent divorce

one of my female friend is fed up of her marriage. married 4 months back. boy does not respect the girl at all and seems like he married the girl under pressure. chances of settlement failed. she wants to get rid of him. they are staying separate ever since marriage. kindly guide the process for devorce..
Mutual consent may be obtain only after the statement of both the parties before the concerned court and that is too after the period of separation provided under law. At this point of time you can only file on merits

First u have to consult to a lawyer and applied for judicial separation, because at least u have to leave separate from husband at least one year for applied for divorce and maintenance. And other legal remedy
