What is the procedure for divorce without mutual consent

Sir , My self hiren patel , age :43 yr occupied by bussiness of trasport !! We r living in joint family ..before around 4 year , i got to know that my wife is cheating on me ..she had been given drugs for terminating pregnancy to my little brother wife by which intense I don't know .. nd j had also a voice recording in which she is forcein my little brother's wife to take it telling by that it is medicine of cough nd sneezing!! Nd i also came to know from my neighborhood that she has affairs too !!from my cupboard i also found some chains , watches, underwear of other men which is not belong to me !!! 10 year before i myself caught her in garden with his bf but still I forgive her nd continued my marrige..nd main problem is that mene apna ek flate nd ek plot uske nam per kar diya he !! Means this property r buy by me nd i make property documents of her name without any nominations!! Total value is 50lac .. nd she is not giving me divorce after all attempts!! Help me to getofher!

You can file divorce Petition before district court and you can give my properties after should give me divorce. You're court say couse my wife is living prostitution life so I can't living with. and your wife can not given maintenance.

If you really want divorce from your wife then you can file divorce petition on ground of adultry and cruelty.
If you paid consideration of property which is purchase on her name then you can file a civil suit for said property.
You didn't mention that are you living with your wife or not?

I read your query, You have to register divorce application according to hindu marriage act sec. 13, You can take divorce. But I have some question, if you will give answer
