What is the procedure for divorce if wife has been living separately

sir agar 18 months sai meri wife muz sai alg rah rahi hai . mainy sec 09 laga rakhi hai but naa .wo aati hai or nahi divorce k liy haa karti hai mai kya karu. kya mai second marriage kar sak ta hu.

Agar wo Section 9 ke case mein present nahin ho rahi hain to koi baat nahin, apke dwara lagaye gaye Section 9 ke case ka unki absent ke karan successful na hona baad mein apke liye Section 13 ke antargat talaq ke case ka adhar ban sakta hai.
Section 9 ke case mein agar wo lagatar 3 tarikhon se nahin ayi hain to aap shaadi ko banaye rakhne mein unki anichha ka hawala dete hue Section 9 ke case ko withdraw kar Section 13 ke antargat talaq ka case laga sakte hain.
