What is the procedure for divorce and alimony

my wyf wants to get separated and we have a baby girl aging about 7 months... What r the procedures

If you both are agreed to get separated from the court. You can file mutual divorce in your concerned court.
Regarding to maintaiance you can pay monthly or to pay one time settlement as agreed and direction by the court.

If u both have mutually decided to get separated than u can file divorce before the LD. Family judge on basis of mutual concent and in this case alimony will be what u both agrees to a same figure. Otherwise it will be decide by court aseesing the income and property of husband and wife

If your marriage is over one year you could make a joint application for separation to the family court . So far the baby is concerned she would remain with mother up to five years thereafter only custody can be raised by you in the court and the court may decide the custody of the baby in view of her betterment.
