I am Hindu ,leaving separately from my wife since 2007 we have no communication also . Now I want settle down with a girl but how to file divorce or get separation I have not connected by any means from her nor I know her current address
BY provisions of Hindu law .after waiting seven years if the spouse doesn't get, and also the where about of it not knows then the spouse
has the right of marry,in your case you both are aware of each other
by ten years,then by provisions of law you can marry

You have to get Decree of Divorce from a suitable Court and only by the said Decree can your Marriage can be said to have been dissolved.
Even if you are not knowing her current address you have to make paper publication in a widely circulated Daily newspaper.
