What is the minimium time to get divorce

gud evening sir my name is mahesh small doubt in divorce .one lawer told to me withine one month granted in divirce in another lawer told to me mitual divorce in six monthes .which is correct procedure. plz explaine the diffrence sir thanku

The lawyer who told that the divorce will be granted with in 1 month is lying.
Mutual consent divorce will take 6 months(provided both the parties are living separately for more than 1 year).
Also in case of mutual consent divorce, the courts will insist on atleast 3 hearings to really come to a conclusion that both the parties are consenting to divorce out of their free will and consent.
