What is the legal process to take divorce from wife

I want divorce from my wife ..Because my do not want combind family..She do not work properly...Every time she querrel with me about my sister..brother...father mummy..brother wife etc. so i want divorce.What legal steps should be taken ?
You did not mention that you want the mutual divorce or through proper divorce case and you also not mentioned the marriage date, and separate period fron each other, so full information give me fore the said case or consulted me at my office or at my personal No. I am every time ready to give right information.

You can file divorce petition under section 13(1) of The Hindu Marriage Act on account of cruelty by your wife, which will include a ground as cruelty as provided by you. And if your wife also wants to take divorce then a petition for mutual divorce can also be filed.

If you really want to dissolve the marriage, firstly send a notice to your wife if she agrees for divorce, you both can dissolve the marriage by mutual consent and if she doesn't want to divorce you, then you have to approach the family court by filing divorce petition and convince the court that bcoz of her conduct you can't live with her. But in both the cases you available to pay maintenance. Revert me.
