is there any particular format to file a petition for domestic violence? 498a case has been not filed. couple is staying separated since more than October 2013. petitioner - female left matrimonial place due to assault, domestic violence, dignity and physical (sexual) harassment.
Format is available at the end of the bare act. It is also available with the protection officers appointed under that act.
