Dear Client,
The fees for mutual consent divorce is Rs. 15,000/-, if the jurisdiction of filing the case is chandigarh or mohali. You will have to pay in 2 equal installments, otherwise the fee depends on where you wish to file the case. It would be better if you could contact personally and discuss the matter in detail. If you have already settled the terms mutually then make it in writing as a mutual compromise deed and attach the same along with the main petition.

There is no fixed criteria for fees where as the matter of concern is what is the exact matter and criticality of the suit, also fees always depends upon the knowledge of the counsel. Also the jurisdiction of the court matters to decide the fees.
